Introduction of Gardenia Yellow

◆ Source of raw material:

Rubiaceae gardenia,the seeds of which are commonly used to infuse tea in China's traditional culinary culture for thousands of years.

Carotenoids, vitamin A source, having heat-clearing and detoxifying, lowing blood pressure, cholagogue and other effects.

◆Range of use:
It can be used to colorize noodles,instant noodles,bakery,meat products,etc. Almost all the noodle products manufacturer in China use our gardenia yellow to colorize their products.

◆Usage:
For the powder product, first add a small amount of water to make the required amount of product evenly into a paste, and then dilute it as requested before using. For the liquid product, directly dilute it as requested before using.

Packing:1.Polyethylene barrel for liquid product, 20kg/barrel.
        2. 2-Layer polyethylene bag as inner packing for powder product, and five-layer corrugated paper box as outer packing. Packages can also be customized as requested. 

Storage:Store in a cool, dry and ventilative place, it there is some product left, please seal the box in time. The product will go bad if it is kept for a long time without being used. The confected solution must be used up within 48 hours.

Introduction of Lutein

●Source of raw material:  Feverfew marigold flowers. As a kind of traditional  ornamental flowers. Marigold is widely planted in the world. Xanthophyll and its ester widely exist in fruit, flowers and vegetale etc.

●Function: Carotenoids. The main ingredient of lutein is lutein ester, which has antioxidant, eyesight-protecting and antimutagenic effects.

We have joined the food ingredient and natural ingredient, Frankfurt, 2013 during

Nov.19^th-21^st. Our products for exhibition are turmeric series products, safflower yellow, xanthophyll series products, beta-carotene series products, crocin, paprika red series products, monascus color, Lycopene ointment, cochineal red, anthocyanin series, sodium copper chlorophyllin, gardenia blue, etc. Thanks to the beautiful shade, strong coloring ability & high quality, our products have caught much attention to the visitors. Many customers have come to our booth and made inquiry, asked products details and asked for products samples. I have had 3 very busy days in the food ingredient and natural ingredient, Frankfurt, 2013. 

Comparing with American plant extract market, the European food ingredient market is less concentrated and targeted.
